A quilt free, low-fat smooth sorbet with a deep-rooted history in Ancient Egypt.
The roots of the sorbet can be traced back to Egypt, to Pharaoh-ess Sobek Neferus who offered visitors a refreshing cup of ice mixed with fruit. Sobek was a magical Ancient Egyptian deity with a fluid nature, her sorbet protected her guests from the evil eye of others.
